Scope of License

* 1. All copyrights to Easy JoyMouse exclusively owned by the HTWSOFT and the author YuanYuan Wang.

* 2. Easy JoyMouse is a Shareware. You are free to use or distribute the shareware version that is kept in its original form

as downloaded from our website. The shareware version comes with a little function limit. if you want use a nonlimit version,

you must register.

* 3. When you register this application you will be given a serial number to unlock the unregistered limit. Under no

circumstance are you free to distribute the serial number for Easy JoyMouse unless you have received permission from the

author. With one registration code you can use it on one computer or workstation.

* 4. If you or your company is putting together a shareware CD you are free to put my program on it so long as the charge (if

any) for the disk does not exceed the price of the media and its distribution. If you want this software to be bundled or

distributed with any other package, you need obtain a written permission of the copyright holder.

* 5. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any copies, however made, and from

distributing such copies with other products of any kind, commercial or otherwise, without prior written permission from

SUTool. SUTool reserves the right to revoke the above distribution rights at any time, for any or no reason.

* 6. Easy JoyMouse is distributed "AS IS". no warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use at your own risk. The

author will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this

software.

*7. All rights of any kind in Easy JoyMouse which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively

Needs Updating

I am not a newbie to the comp scene whatsoever , but I had hope to use your software on my PC , with a gamepad joystick first time round i wound up with aearlier version that kept messing with my mouseclicks (wich is a mousless) when i was done , and then a newer version that did not give enough control over the fluidity of movement , it also encountered interference with the following progs

the logtech profiler for a dual action gamepad , and allkeys , it also encountered heavy interfearance with keymouse genie.

Having manyy buttons on my game pad , i coundnt tell what was meant by a . b or c to assign a click..i dont belive that even really figuered out how to asign a click from joymouse , i wound up having to alternate movement and click between joymouse adn keymouse genie. and i could not work the two to create a drag and drop sequence. Whule the software has a lot of potntial it needs some work , if you were to ever play with the ligutech game profiler software you ould see that you can control the fluidity of movement , I like a 25% speed a 0% deadzone and 100% radius.

Just my advice. let me know when you do some upgrading and i will try it again.
